Operations Analysts/Watch Officers!  Join a Unique Counter Intelligence Team! 

We have been retained by the Counter Terrorism Division of one of the most successful companies in the US to recruit Operations Analysts/Watch Officers for their Counter Intelligence Division.

Their Counter Intelligence Division, a leader in fulfilling intelligence community watch office requirements, has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Center Analyst/ Watch Officer working in the northern Virginia area. The selected candidate will be a key member of a team of highly-qualified and motivated individuals in an exciting, fast-paced, mission-critical counterterrorism watch center / operations environment. Our client specifically seeks candidates with intelligence, military, or law enforcement backgrounds to serve as Watch Operations Officers at their client site.

Specific core duties include:

·         Constant monitoring of multiple channels of classified and open source media for US-related threats on a worldwide basis.

·         Drafting situation reports, preparation and presentation of briefing materials.

·         Sort and prioritize intelligence and operational message traffic.

·         Providing early warning and alert to key officials, and facilitating the flow of critical information to those who need it on a timely basis.

·         Performing briefings at the Presidential, Joint Chiefs of Staff, or Head of Agency level.

To qualify candidates must have a minimum of two years experience of operational or analytic in intelligence community, military, or law enforcement field.  Candidates must have familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments. Effective use of MS Office applications in a multi level security setting and use of Lotus Notes. A Bachelors degree in a related field is required. An Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an active CI polygraph or higher is also required.

Desired skills include prior Watch Officer responsibilities from the intelligence community. Experience working jointly with the Intelligence Agencies is also a definite plus. Familiarity with a variety of intelligence community databases, networks, and environments. 

The positions are located in McLean Virginia.  Our client offers an excellent compensation package which includes a substantial shift differential to compensate for the client mandated schedule.
