Program Manager - VA Project

Tech-Ed Services has been retained to identify a Program Manager for the development and implementation of the Veteran's Reintegration Systems being developed for the Veterans Administration. The system will coordinate programs and processes for military reservists from when they are called to military service and to when they return to their civilian careers.

The Program Manager will direct the development and implementation of the strategy and service delivery model to track customers and make resources available to services members upon their return. Components of the Veterans Reintegration Program include:

- Development of a tracking system
- Development of a training system for VA managers and supervisors
- Deployment planning road map
- Incentives and awards program
- Providing coaches to help veterans transition back to civilian life
- Development of comprehensive web-site of available programs.

The ideal candidate will have served in the military as a senior officer, possess military HR experience and experience as a Project Manager in the private sector supporting government or civilian projects.
