TS/SCI/Polygraph Cleared Budget and Cost Analysts – Take Charge of Your Career!
Mid and Senior Level Financial/Budget Analysts to join small high visibility teams supporting DoD and Intelligence community customers. These teams perform technical programming, planning, and budgeting system (PPBS) actions to support the development, acquisition, integration and operation of systems. Candidates will apply established Federal Financial Accounting Standards, technical principles, theories, and concepts to Program funds, transactions, and plans. Team members are expected to contribute to the development of new processes and financial management policies. They will work on solving high level technical financial problems, and are expected to provide solutions which are innovative and effective in resolving funding issues. Assignments require to work independently and ability to determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. In addition, candidates will work on advanced projects and/or programs and contribute to advanced technical research studies and applications. To qualify candidates must have 3-10 years experience in IC or DoD budgeting and financial accounting fields. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field of study is required (Master's Degree a plus). These position require a Top Secret/SCI Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Positions are available to support clients in Northern Virginia, DC and in the Ft. Meade, Maryland area.
Cost Analysts to work as members of cost teams supporting the Intelligence Community and DOD in generating Total Ownership Cost (TOC) estimates, benefits and risk analyses, and Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARD) and databases on a variety of intelligence and defense programs. Work includes: Cost Estimation and Analysis, Operations Research, Risk Analysis, Statistics, Modeling and simulation. Positions are available at junior, intermediate, senior and project management levels. To qualify, candidates must have experience in cost estimating and analysis and a degree in Operations Research, Business (with strong concentration in quantitative/statistics courses) or System/Industrial Engineering (with strong concentration in quantitative/statistics courses); Masters degree is preferred. Experience developing TOC estimates, CARDs, and regression-based Cost Estimating Relationships is also required. An active TS/SCI Clearance with a Full Scopeis Polygraph. Positions are available in Northern Virginia, DC and in the Ft. Meade, Maryland area.
Auditors with Intelligence Community or DoD experience. CPA’s or CDFMs will also be considered. Candidates must have a Top Secret/SCI Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. Positions are available in Northern Virginia and Washinton, DC.
